Logistics, notes, & tips:
- Cancelation policy: Registrations cancelled before August 31, 2025 will be refunded at 100% minus credit card processing fees. Registrations cancelled between September 1, 2025 and January 15, 2026 will be refunded at 50%. Registrations cancelled after January 16, 2026 will not be eligible for refund.
- The 2026 conference will start Monday evening, April 13, 2026 with a reception and early badge pickup from 5:00pm to 7:00pm. Hors d’oevres and drinks are included. See agenda for more details on the event timing.
- The annual conference will take place Tuesday and Wednesday, April 14 & 15, 2026. See agenda for presentation tracks, exhibit hall times and events. Breakfast and lunch will be served each day.
- Tuesday evening includes an Awards reception from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Hors d’oevres and drinks are included.
- The IGSHPA hotel block and special room rates are for three nights, Monday (checking in) through Thursday (checking out). More details are on the hotel reservations page.
- The St. Louis International Airport is about 10 minutes (by car) away from the Ameristar Casino in St. Charles, MO, where the conference is located. All major U.S. airlines and some international airlines fly into St. Louis.
- There are seven restaurants on site at the Ameristar, and many other choices in walking distance in St. Charles. If you have extra time, St. Charles has a lot of history. Founded in 1769 on the Missouri River, there are a number of tourist attractions.
- Speakers get an a discount on registration. Please wait to register for the conference until you are notified that your abstract has been accepted. Special speaker registration rates will be available after February 2, 2026.
